Solution
- Attended three events (2 festivals and 1 convention)
- Asked people if they know what is going on "now"
- They shared what they wanted in a mobile app timeline view
- Tested this prototype with 20 eventgoers
Results
- User testing showed this satisfies the needs of the eventgoer
- All eventgoers wanted a live version of this app
- They liked the digital map the best, especially when this shows where they are on the map
